About the speaker

Dolores Hernandez, AT&T Area Manager, currently has responsibility of HVAC, Property Management for 8M sq. ft. for managing facilities along the Texas Gulf Coast (including Beaumont, Houston, Victoria, Corpus, Rio Grande Valley.  She has a team of 5 managers along with 15 technicians who assist her in the day to day operations.  Her team has the responsibility of ensuring HVAC remains on line 24/7 to provide network reliability for communication services to all AT&T customers in her region.  Dolores has 43 years of property management experience with AT&T and certainly brings a wealth of experience to the field of Facility Management.
