aBOUT THE SPEAKER

Angelique Wade joined Crescent in September 2015, she has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate property management, leasing, customer relations, construction and acquisitions. Wade is a recognized industry leader, having served as president of Dallas Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), earned an International TOBY award for excellence in property management, and obtained the first LEED certification for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance in Dallas/Fort Worth. She is currently General Manager of McKinney & Olive and is direct property manager of Crescent’s newest development, 2401 Cedar Springs, and oversees the property management of Greenhill Towers and 511 East John Carpenter Freeway. Additionally, Wade works on Crescent acquisitions and helps on-board and mentor Crescent employees. Wade was instrumental in the opening of the iconic McKinney & Olive Uptown Dallas property two years ago

Parking

Parking is available in the Office Tower garage located on Harwood Street.  You may park on P9, which leads to the 5^th floor Garden Terrace.  Bring your parking ticket to the meeting and they’ll validate your ticket.  Valet is also available from McKinney Ave and Olive Street.
